P19a guide validation

Brief d3fe708; docs base 156b790; UI source d25f5a90, integrated as 55944676; approved backend C13 contract 20bb182. Two existing pages now describe saved graph decisions, exclusion/restoration, scoped comments, mentions, conflict/unknown-outcome recovery and the machine/human authority boundary. The free derived evidence view remains separate. No diff/reconciliation or auto-promotion capability is promised.

All Markdown, including this report, is finalized before final npm run typecheck and npm run build. Validate generated investigation anchors and the service API cross-link, with Docusaurus configured to reject broken links/anchors, then run git diff --check. Final results and commit hashes accompany the handoff. Logs: /tmp/profundis-docs-graph-decisions-types.log and /tmp/profundis-docs-graph-decisions-build.log.

Independent quality: root. Independent conformity: p16_backend. Publication waits for compatible final backend and frontend deployment; no push from this worktree.
