Organization billing
Teams and Business are separate from personal subscriptions. The owner opens Organization → Billing to subscribe, buy an organization credit pack or manage renewal. Checkout shows the final amount and tax before confirmation.

These limits come from the organization catalogue. The pricing page and the workspace display the deployed offer. The 14-day trial has its own smaller limits and 1,000 shared credits, and its WHOIS results exclude natural-person contacts (see WHOIS during the trial). It is not renewed by changing the workspace name or owner.
Subscribe and renew
Payment confirmation activates the paid period. Cancelling checkout grants no paid rights. The owner can use the billing portal for invoices, payment details and cancellation at the end of the paid period.
Converting an active trial does not retain a second trial allowance on top of paid credits. Monthly credits expire with their cycle; a repeated payment notification does not grant another allocation. Client envelopes remain spending limits within the organization balance.
Buy credits
Use organization Billing to choose a current pack. Purchased organization credits do not expire. They stay with the organization during normal use. When the owner closes it through the separate account-transition flow, eligible unused purchased or adjustment credits transfer to the owner’s personal wallet after confirmation; monthly and trial allocations do not. See closing versus deletion. They require an active paid organization to be used. Pack checkout does not reactivate an expired subscription by itself.
If checkout has an uncertain status, resume or recheck the existing operation rather than creating another purchase. The page displays any credit recovery balance before purchase.
Upgrade Teams to Business
Review the quote before confirming. It shows the immediate prorated charge, additional credits and the existing cycle end. Quotes expire after fifteen minutes. Extra credits reflect the remaining part of the cycle and expire with it; budgets and usage are not reset.
If payment needs an additional action or fails, Teams remains active until the upgrade is confirmed. Follow the existing invoice or recheck its status. Checkout availability depends on the installation's billing configuration.
Downgrade Business to Teams
Plan the downgrade before the cycle ends. The interface identifies capacity that must be reduced and lets you select the spaces, members and automations to retain. Resolve an ownership transfer first. Review the effective date and the impact before confirming.
The downgrade applies at the scheduled renewal, subject to payment and capacity checks. If the inventory changes, resolve the conflict shown in Billing. It is not an immediate deletion of your organization content. You can cancel a pending downgrade before its displayed cutoff.
Failed payments and disputes
A failed renewal can open a seven-day grace period from the previous paid expiry. It does not grant another free allocation. At the end of grace, paid operations stop and existing data remains subject to the displayed retention policy. Paying the invoice restores paid rights; it does not lift an administrative suspension.
A partial refund adjusts the related credits proportionally. An open dispute can suspend paid operations. If refunded credits were already spent, recovery may reduce future allocations or purchases; this does not initiate another bank charge. Recheck payment verifies status without requesting a refund.
Invoices and activity
Official invoices are in the billing portal. Owners and administrators can export payment and credit activity over a UTC date range of up to 366 days and 10,000 rows. Reduce the range if it is too large. This CSV is an activity record, not a replacement invoice; snapshot/detail rows must not be added again to payment totals.
To see who spent credits on which operation, owners and administrators open Credit usage, next to Billing in My account → Organization. It covers all clients and exports its own CSV. See Usage and budget thresholds.
For stored data after expiry or deletion, see Data retention. Personal subscriptions, other organizations and their balances remain separate.
