Profundis offers a generous free tier you can use to verify that this product matches your needs and returns valuable and accurate results before purchasing a subscription.
How to purchase a subscription?
To purchase a subscription, you need to log in and then access the subscription page. You can select the billing period of your choice. If you are purchasing as a business, you can provide a VAT number.
Your subscription activates upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers, ACH, and SEPA direct debits require 2-6 business days for processing. For immediate activation, use credit card or PayPal payment methods.
How to switch to a higher or lower plan level?
If you have an active subscription and want to upgrade it or downgrade it, you can do so through the subscription page.
Subscription plan upgrades are billed immediately. The downgrades are effective at the end of your billing period.
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to the subscription page, then clicking on the Manage subscription button. You will be redirected to a page where you can click on a Cancel subscription button.
Can you refund me?
We suggest you read the refund and cancellation policy and that you use the free tier before purchasing a subscription to verify that our product matches your expectations.
How to make sure I will not be billed again?
If you just downgraded or cancelled your subscription, you can verify that the downgrade or cancellation has been taken into account by going to the subscription page, then clicking on the Manage subscription button. You will then see a message indicating your current subscription state (e.g. Your subscription will be canceled on <date>.).
