You can access your profile as long as you have an account.
How to reset my password?
You can only reset your password if you manually entered your email and password when creating your account. If you logged in via Google, the password reset is not available.
To reset your password, access your profile and click on the Reset password button. You will then receive an email containing a link. Don't forget to check your spam folder.
How is my personal data stored?
We attach great importance to your privacy, which is why we strive to be as clear as possible about how your data is protected.
Profundis runs its own account system. You sign in with an email and password, or with Google (OpenID Connect), and payments are handled by Stripe. We store your email to operate your account and billing. We do not store your name or phone number.
