Account and sign-in

Open My account for profile and billing settings. Sign out is available from that menu and the mobile navigation.

Use Sign in for an existing account or Create account for a new one. Verify the email address before accepting an organization invitation. An invitation names a specific recipient: a different logged-in account cannot accept on their behalf.

Passwords and verification

Choose Forgot password from sign-in to request a reset for an eligible password account. Verification/reset requests use a generic confirmation; it does not disclose whether an arbitrary address is registered. Check spam and your mailbox's routing rules if a message is missing.

Google sign-in and organization SSO are different flows. Organization SSO requires explicit account linking and may be required again for protected workspace actions.

Personal and organization data

Your profile is distinct from organization membership, billing details and declared client contacts. Leaving an organization does not delete your personal account, and deleting an organization does not delete other members' personal accounts. See Data retention and the privacy policy.
